How to Pay
|

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards (including debit cards). We also accept all payments though Paypal. All charges are in US dollars. All credit cards must include a valid expiration date. If you prefer to mail your payment to us, payment must be in US dollars, and any checks or money orders must be drawn on a US bank. International Money Orders (IMO) will be accepted.

Shipping
|
|
We ship USPS First Class International Mail everywhere in the world. If your order exceed size or weight limits set by the USPS, it will be sent via Global Priority Mail. It is to the benefit of Just Plane Hobbies to have large orders, and we want to pass some of the benefit to our customers. You are optimizing your cost by purchasing more than one item and combining shipment on products.
We offer free shipping for US customers on orders over $250 (actual amount of shipped items). It is the responsibility of the customer to verify availability of products before shipping in order to qualify for free shipping.
Just Plane Hobbies will always automatically combine orders before shipping.
The package carrier, usually the US Post Office, is fully responsible for delivery after the package has been delivered to them.
If you chose to purchase insurnance on your package, and it is lost or damaged, Just Plane Hobbies will help to file your claim with the Post Office.
If you choose not to buy insurance on the items you purchase, once they are shipped, they are no longer the responsibility of Just Plane Hobbies. We will help in any way to try to recover your package by providing shipping information and Deliver Confirmation tracking codes.

International Shipping
|
|
We use US Postal Service to ship to any location outside the US. We prefer to ship via First Class International Mail to overseas locations. Please remember that the shipping rates are dependent upon whether the package is small (Small Packet not over 4 lbs., length + width + height not over 36 inches) or if the package is larger. Books usually fall within the small packet rate, unless they are over 5 lbs. Many book can be shipped using Global Priority Flat Rate Mail as long as they weigh under 4 pounds and can fit in the mailer. Please be aware that the weight calculated in the site during the check-out process is only approximate.
You can calculate your own international shipping charges directly from the US Postal Services. Click on the drop-down list of countries and type only the first letter of your country. You may still need to scroll down to get to the desired country. Use the 'Back' key on your browser to come back to the site, or you will get lost in the US Postal Service Website.

Returns
|
|
You are welcomed to return any unsatisfactory product, no question asked! DO NOT return defective products. Just Plane Hobbies will provide the customer with the information to find replacement parts.
The return policy for un-damaged products is as follows:
1. The product will be in "mint" condition, with intact plastic wrapping. We reserve the right to verify the product before issuing a credit.
2. We will accept returns on any item within 30 Days from the date of shipping (60 days for international customers)
Returns will be credited as "Store Credit". Just Plane Hobbies will NOT refund the credit card/Paypal.
3. If the sale is over $100, the return will be charged a flat 10% restocking fee.
4. Please contact us by E-mail or by a phone call, to let us know that the product is returned and request an RMA (to be added on the returned package).
5. Only returns due to error from Just plane Hobbies shipping department will be credited back to credit cards or Paypal.
6. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer (unless it is our mistake). The return package needs to contain a note from the customer to identify its source.

Customs Forms
|

Many of our customers ask us to lower the value on customs forms and write 'gifts' on the official form. We do recognize that some countries charge HIGH taxes on imports. However, tampering with customs forms is against US laws and carry a tremendous liability for the business. Just Plane Hobbies will always show accurate values on customs form. Just Plane Hobbies is not responsible fo rany duties or fees incurred with International shipping. The buyer is soley responsible for any and all fees and duties assessed by customs.

We believe that your information should only be used to provide you, the customer, with the best service possible. We promise to never supply any of your information with others, except as needed to provide the services you have requested.
